A protein-packed crustless quiche filled with cottage cheese, spinach, and cheddar, perfect for breakfast or a light dinner.

- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cottage cheese, spinach, eggs, chopped onion, garlic powder, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
- Grease a pie dish or a baking dish with butter or cooking spray and pour the quiche mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the quiche is firm and the top is slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Best served warm. Can be served with a side salad or fresh fruit. For added flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or sour cream.
