Description

A protein-packed crustless quiche filled with cottage cheese, spinach, and cheddar, perfect for breakfast or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, spinach, eggs, chopped onion, garlic powder, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Grease a pie dish or a baking dish with butter or cooking spray and pour the quiche mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the quiche is firm and the top is slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be served with a side salad or fresh fruit. For added flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or sour cream.
