Description
This creamy dill pickle cream cheese spread is tangy, bold, and comes together in just 5 minutes. Perfect for crackers, wraps, or veggie dips — no cooking required!
Ingredients
8 oz (1 block) full-fat cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup chopped dill pickles (about 3–4 medium pickles)
1 tablespoon pickle juice (optional, for extra tang)
1 teaspoon dried dill weed (or 1 tablespoon fresh dill)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped green onions or chives
Instructions
1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temp for about 10–15 minutes so it’s soft and spreadable.
2. In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice (if using), dill weed, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Use a fork or hand mixer to blend everything until well combined and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust seasonings — add more dill or pickle juice if you like it extra zesty!
5. Stir in green onions or chives if you’re using them.
6. Serve right away, or chill for 30 minutes for a firmer texture and even bolder flavor.
Notes
Shortcut: Use pre-chopped pickles from the deli section to save time.
Vegan option: Swap in dairy-free cream cheese — the texture still works great!
Serving idea: Use it in wraps, sliders, or as a dip for crunchy veggies.
