Description

A comforting and flavorful bowl of ramen topped with delicious dumplings, fresh spinach, and soft-boiled eggs.

Ingredients

  • Frozen dumplings (meat or vegetable-filled)
  • Instant ramen noodles
  • Fresh eggs
  • Fresh spinach
  • Chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Green onions
  • Black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add fresh eggs and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer to an ice water bath, then peel and cut in half.
  2. In a large pot, heat chicken broth on medium-low until simmering.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil to the simmering broth.
  4. Add frozen dumplings and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until they float to the top.
  5. Stir in instant ramen noodles and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
  6. Add fresh spinach and fold in gently, letting it wilt for 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Serve by dividing noodles, dumplings, and spinach into bowls, ladling hot broth over, and topping with halved eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust the cooking time for eggs based on your preference for yolk firmness. Homemade broth can enhance flavor.
