A family-friendly one-pot meal that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with pasta in a creamy tomato base.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1 lb) box small pasta shells
- 2 (10.5 oz) cans tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a combination)
- Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, & garlic powder)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375° F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Brown the beef in a large pan over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove any excess grease and season.
- Add the cooked pasta, both cans of soup, 1/2 cup of water, and half of the shredded cheese to the pan. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Feel free to customize with vegetables or different pasta shapes. For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils.
