Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook and season ground beef until browned.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
- On each tortilla, layer a portion of the cooked ground beef, crispy tater tots, and shredded cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go to make burritos.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
