- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup seasoned ground beef
- 1 cup crispy tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the seasoned ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, crispy tater tots, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Fill each tortilla with the mixture, then roll them tightly.
- Place the burritos seam side down in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm, topped with sour cream and green onions.
Notes
For added texture, crisp the tater tots in the oven before adding them to the mixture. Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or spices.
