A fun and flavorful crock pot dish combining creamy goodness with savory chicken and crispy bacon, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the cream cheese mixture until creamy.
  6. Stir in cooked bacon and cheddar cheese.
  7. Serve with green onions on top.

Serve as a dip, on a sandwich, or over rice or pasta. Adding fresh green onions enhances flavor and crunch.
