Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the cream cheese mixture until creamy.
- Stir in cooked bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Serve with green onions on top.
Notes
Serve as a dip, on a sandwich, or over rice or pasta. Adding fresh green onions enhances flavor and crunch.
