Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (can substitute with turkey or plant-based)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Cooked White Rice
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef along with a splash of water (if needed) and let it simmer for a few minutes until the flavors meld together.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the beef, cooked rice, sour cream, and both cheeses until well combined.
  4. Take a large tortilla, spoon the filling onto the center, and fold the edges over to enclose the mixture.
  5. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down in the pan. Grill until golden brown and crispy, then flip to cook the other side.
  6. Once both sides are nicely browned, remove from heat and slice them in half for the best presentation. Serve with guacamole, pico de gallo, or salsa.
