- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the shredded chicken, green beans, and peas. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
