Description

These Easy Lemon Brownies are soft, chewy, and bursting with citrus flavor. Topped with a sweet lemon glaze, they’re a quick, refreshing dessert that takes just 10 minutes of prep!


Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

2 tbsp lemon juice (for glaze)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix until combined.

4. Stir in flour and blend just until smooth.

5. Pour into the pan and bake 22–25 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.

6. Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice.

7. Cool brownies completely, drizzle with glaze, slice, and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days.

For a firmer texture, refrigerate before slicing.

Perfect served with fresh berries or vanilla ice cream.
