Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Gently fold in the flour until no dry spots remain.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch round cake pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before transferring to a wire rack and dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes
