Description

Delightfully fresh and healthy Fruit Spring Rolls filled with colorful fruits and served with a creamy dip.


Ingredients

  • 8 sheets of rice paper
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • Handful of strawberries, chopped
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 1/2 block cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream, softened
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 12 tbsp of honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruits: Wash and chop the fruits into thin strips or slices.
  2. Soak the Rice Paper: Dip a sheet of rice paper in warm water for just a second and place it on a flat surface.
  3. Fill the Rolls: Lay a small amount of chopped fruit and mint leaves in the center of the rice paper.
  4. Roll Up the Spring Roll: Fold the ends over and roll it tightly like a burrito.
  5. Make the Dip: Whip heavy cream until fluffy, then mix in cream cheese, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Arrange the rolls on a platter and serve with the creamy dip.
