A delightful twist on classic grilled cheese that combines buttery garlic bread with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread, covering the edges.
- Place two slices butter-side down in a skillet. Add half of the cheese on each. Top with the other bread slices, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over low heat. Cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Pairs well with tomato soup, side salad, or vegetable sticks. Experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors.
