Description

Quick and delicious Garlic Butter Steak Bites covered in a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (for sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak cubes, searing for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, melt 3 tablespoons of butter, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 1 minute.
  4. Return the seared steak to the skillet and coat with the garlic butter, cooking for another minute.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat, then add 2 cloves of minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Serve the sauce over the steak bites or on the side, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Serve with garlic bread or a light salad for a balanced meal.
