Quick and delicious Garlic Butter Steak Bites covered in a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for sauce)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (for sauce)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak cubes, searing for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, melt 3 tablespoons of butter, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 1 minute.
- Return the seared steak to the skillet and coat with the garlic butter, cooking for another minute.
- In a separate saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat, then add 2 cloves of minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Serve the sauce over the steak bites or on the side, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Serve with garlic bread or a light salad for a balanced meal.
