Description

Succulent pieces of steak combined with rich garlic butter, perfect as a main course or hearty appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, ribeye, or filets)
  • ½ tsp kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)
  • ½ tbsp oil (olive, avocado, etc.)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and season them with kosher salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary. Let rest for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil, ensuring it’s hot for searing the steak.
  3. Add the steak in batches to the skillet and sear for about 3 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove the cooked steak and set aside, then lower the heat and add butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir for about 30 seconds.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, let the steak come to room temperature before cooking. Don’t overcrowd the skillet while searing.
