Description
Succulent pieces of steak combined with rich garlic butter, perfect as a main course or hearty appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, ribeye, or filets)
- ½ tsp kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)
- ½ tbsp oil (olive, avocado, etc.)
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- Chopped Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and season them with kosher salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary. Let rest for about 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil, ensuring it’s hot for searing the steak.
- Add the steak in batches to the skillet and sear for about 3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the cooked steak and set aside, then lower the heat and add butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir for about 30 seconds.
- Return the steak to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For best results, let the steak come to room temperature before cooking. Don’t overcrowd the skillet while searing.
