Description

Delicious garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs made with a cheesy beef filling wrapped in biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (biscuits) biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef and stir for an additional minute.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Open biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  6. Spoon portion of beef and cheese mixture onto each biscuit.
  7. Fold biscuits over filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  8. Place bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown (12-15 minutes).
  10. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for less grease. Customize with different cheeses or add vegetables for extra nutrition.
