Delicious garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs made with a cheesy beef filling wrapped in biscuit dough.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (biscuits) biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef and stir for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Open biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Spoon portion of beef and cheese mixture onto each biscuit.
- Fold biscuits over filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown (12-15 minutes).
- Serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for less grease. Customize with different cheeses or add vegetables for extra nutrition.
