  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh shrimp under cold water to remove any impurities and ensure they are deveined.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese to create the marinade.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat the shrimp well with the marinade and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and become opaque.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for the best taste. Frozen shrimp can be used, but ensure they are properly thawed. Adjust garlic and cheese according to preference.
