Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Gingerbread Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • Sprinkles for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Gingerbread Oreos in a food processor until finely crumbed.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until fully combined.
  3. Scoop out small amounts and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning to parchment paper.
  7. While the chocolate is wet, add gingerbread spice or festive sprinkles on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  9. Serve and enjoy your festive truffles!
