- 4 Fresh peaches
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Halve the peaches and remove the pit.
- Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 4-5 minutes until the peaches are tender and have grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Drizzle with honey and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream before serving.
Notes
Choose ripe but firm peaches for grilling to avoid them becoming too mushy. You can use a bit more honey or even add a dash of nutmeg for extra flavor.
