Delightful grilled peaches paired with cold vanilla ice cream, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh peaches
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Halve the peaches and remove the pit.
  3. Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill.
  4. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until the peaches are tender and have grill marks.
  5. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Drizzle with honey and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream before serving.

Notes

Choose ripe but firm peaches for grilling to avoid them becoming too mushy. You can use a bit more honey or even add a dash of nutmeg for extra flavor.
