Instructions
- Pour 4 cups of vegetable broth into a large pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, add the package of gyoza and cook according to package instructions (about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Add chopped bok choy, sliced mushrooms, and julienned carrots to the pot and simmer for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
