Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • Soy sauce to taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour 4 cups of vegetable broth into a large pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, add the package of gyoza and cook according to package instructions (about 5 to 7 minutes).
  3. Add chopped bok choy, sliced mushrooms, and julienned carrots to the pot and simmer for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
