Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into bite-sized balls.
- Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the churro bites in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
