Description

Delicious and guilt-free churro bites made in an air fryer using almond flour and coconut sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into bite-sized balls.
  6. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the churro bites in a single layer in the basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
