- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raisins or nuts (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add raisins or nuts if desired.
- Transfer the mixture into a jar or container, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warm in the microwave.
Notes
Use rolled oats for best texture. Adjust sweetness with extra maple syrup if desired. Store in a sealed container and consume within 3-4 days.
