- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the steak bites to a crock pot, pour in the beef broth, and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 120-180 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the steak marinate with the seasonings for a couple of hours or overnight.
