Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Transfer the steak bites to a crock pot, pour in the beef broth, and mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 120-180 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
