- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Cook the Penne: Start by boiling the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Brown the Beef: Add the lean ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Bring in the Flavor: Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juices), beef broth, Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Combine with Pasta: Add the drained penne pasta to the skillet, tossing everything until well combined and heated through.
