  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
