- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until a soft dough forms.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and oregano.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Cut into sticks and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Can be stored in an airtight container or frozen for up to a month.
