Description
Delicious homemade churro bites that are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfect for dipping in Nutella.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Nutella for dipping
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Add the flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Use a piping bag to pipe small rounds of dough into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove churros from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Toss the churros in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon while they’re warm.
- Serve with Nutella for dipping.
Notes
Serve warm for the best taste. You can also provide additional toppings like whipped cream or chocolate sauce.
