- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Stir in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture into the lined baking dish evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture over the cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Best served at room temperature. Pairs well with coffee or tea. Store in an airtight container for up to one week at room temperature or refrigerate for two weeks.
