- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Log chicken breasts into your slow cooker, ensuring they’re evenly spaced.
- Pour the cream soup over the chicken, spreading it evenly.
- Add broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the contents.
- Carefully add chicken broth to the mixture.
- Cover the slow cooker and set to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Garnish as desired and serve hot.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh broccoli and feel free to add more vegetables or experiment with different cheeses.
