Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (or turkey/plant-based)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Cooked White Rice
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cooked white rice. Mix well to combine all flavors.
  3. Lay out your flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of sour cream on each tortilla.
  4. Add the beef and rice mixture on top, followed by a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses generously over the filling.
  6. Drizzle chipotle sauce according to your spice preference.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
  8. In the same skillet, melt the butter or heat oil over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet.
  9. Grill until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  10. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, grill some peppers and onions along with the meat. You can experiment with different types of cheeses and add fresh herbs for a unique touch.
