Ingredients

  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Large lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until they are tender.

  6. Roll up the lettuce leaf tightly around the filling.
