Instructions
- Marinate the steak: Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat the beef steak with the marinade and rest it for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the steak: Grill or pan-sear the steak on medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
- Make the spicy cream sauce: Combine sour cream and sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
- Assemble the rice bowls: Place cooked rice in a bowl, add sliced steak on top, layer fresh vegetables, and drizzle with spicy cream sauce.
