Delicious marinated eggs rich in flavor, perfect on their own or as an addition to meals.
Ingredients

- 12 Eggs
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Korean Green Pepper (chopped)
- 1 Red Chili (chopped, optional)
- 3 Green Onion (chopped, optional)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil (optional)
- ½ cup Water
Instructions
- In a pot, add enough water to cover all the eggs and mix in the salt and vinegar.
- Turn the heat up to medium-high and bring the water to a simmer.
- Once the water is boiling, carefully add in the eggs and let them cook for 6 minutes.
- After 6 minutes, remove the eggs and place them in a bowl of ice water for at least 10 minutes.
- Peel the eggs carefully and set them aside.
- In a container, combine the minced garlic, chopped green pepper, red chili, green onion, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and water. Mix until everything is combined.
- Add the peeled eggs to the marinade, ensuring they are covered well.
- Let the eggs rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
Notes
Use fresh eggs for the best flavor and texture. Marinating overnight enhances flavor.
