Description

A bright, simple pasta with lemon and cooked chicken, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper and cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and slice.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  3. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined and heated through.
  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce, then add the sliced chicken on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra brightness, serve with lemon wedges and a green salad.
