Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet, add olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and asparagus to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and the asparagus is tender but still crisp.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and asparagus, and toss to coat.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
