Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

  6. Form the dough into balls and roll them in reserved sugar before placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
