Description

Colorful and tasty deviled eggs with a festive twist, perfect for Mardi Gras celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Chopped green onions or paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and garnish with green onions or paprika.

Notes
