Description

Ingredients

6 large hard-boiled eggs

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

¼ teaspoon salt

4 slices soft white bread


Instructions

1. Boil the eggs, let cool completely, and peel.

2. Chop the eggs finely with a fork or pastry cutter.

3. In a bowl, mix eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, and salt.

4. Spread onto white bread slices and close sandwich.

5. Cut in half and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
