- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Paprika for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle them with olive oil.
- Spread the soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture, and lightly dust with paprika.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Serve warm and enjoy the tender, flavorful chicken.
Notes
Great served with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables. Leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days.
