  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth and blended.
  4. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
