Ingredients
- Egg roll wrappers
- Jalapenos (diced and seeded)
- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, diced jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed.
- Take an egg roll wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, moisten the edges with water, and roll tightly, folding in the sides to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
