Description

A delicious and easy treat made with Mint Oreo cookies and white chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Mint Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the Mint Oreo cookies into smaller pieces.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring after each.
  4. Fold in the chopped Oreos and crushed peppermint candies (if using) into the melted chocolate.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  6. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Once set, break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Use good-quality chocolate for best taste. Don’t rush melting the chocolate.
