- 1 package Mint Oreo cookies
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop the Mint Oreo cookies into smaller pieces.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring after each.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos and crushed peppermint candies (if using) into the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Use good-quality chocolate for best taste. Don’t rush melting the chocolate.
