- 1 cup chocolate cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup blackberries, pureed
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- Fresh berries (for garnish)
- Edible violets (for garnish)
Instructions
- Make the Crust: Crush the chocolate cookies and combine with melted butter. Press into dessert cups and refrigerate.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the Blackberries: Puree blackberries and mix into the cream cheese mixture.
- Whip the Cream: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold into the blackberry mixture.
- Dissolve Gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in water and add to mixture.
- Assemble the Dessert: Pour mousse over the crust in cups, smooth the top, and chill for 4 hours.
- Garnish and Serve: Drizzle melted white chocolate on top and garnish with fresh berries and violets. Serve chilled.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap for up to 4 days. Avoid garnishing until ready to serve.
