Description

Imagine the rich, buttery, nutty goodness of pecan pie, but without the fuss of baking. These No Bake Pecan Pie Balls are effortless, delicious, and perfect for sharing or gifting.

Ingredients

Pecans (toasted or raw, finely chopped or pulsed)

Graham Cracker Crumbs

Powdered Sugar

Melted Butter

Maple Syrup or Corn Syrup

Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

Optional: Powdered sugar, finely chopped pecans, or melted chocolate for coating

Instructions

1. Whisk together graham cracker crumbs, finely chopped pecans, powdered sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

2. Add melted butter, maple or corn syrup, and vanilla extract.

3. Mix until a sticky, uniform dough forms, adjusting with extra crumbs or syrup if needed.

4. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into compact balls.

5. Optionally coat with powdered sugar, chopped pecans, or cinnamon sugar.

6. Place on parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate 30–60 minutes until firm.

Notes

Toasting pecans enhances flavor.

Adjust consistency with more butter/syrup if dry, or more crumbs if too wet.

Chilling is essential for structure.
