Description

These no bake protein cookies are quick, healthy, and delicious. Made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder, they’re the perfect snack for busy days.


Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cups rolled oats

½ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

½ cup vanilla protein powder

¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, and salt.

2. Add peanut butter and honey. Stir until mixture forms a thick dough.

3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

4. Roll into 12 small balls or flatten into cookie shapes.

5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, in the fridge for 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.

For firmer cookies, chill longer or add extra oats.
