Instructions

  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold them gently together.
  4. Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes
