Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry orzo pasta
  • 2½ cups broth (chicken or veggie)
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and orzo; toast for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir frequently for about 8–10 minutes until the orzo is tender.
  5. Turn off the heat and stir in the Boursin cheese until it is fully melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Serve with a simple green salad or crusty bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
