- 2½ cups broth (chicken or veggie)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and orzo; toast for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir frequently for about 8–10 minutes until the orzo is tender.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the Boursin cheese until it is fully melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Serve with a simple green salad or crusty bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
