Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the sliced peaches and raspberries with half of the sugar in a bowl.
- Combine the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth in a separate bowl.
- Melt the butter in a baking dish, then pour in the batter.
- Spoon the fruit mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
