Description

A delightful combination of pecan pie and cake, easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the milk.
  4. Add the chopped pecans on top of the brown sugar.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pecans without stirring.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  7. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
