Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant milk)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (about 2025 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese, softened (optional for cheesecake taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  4. Taste and add more sweetener if you like.
  5. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Notes

Serve cold and feel free to add toppings like Greek yogurt, chopped nuts, or crushed graham crackers for a cheesecake feel.
